Llangennech batted first with their openers struggling against the bowling of Rob John who dismissed their first four batsmen for 3 runs.J Haqui then steadied the innings with a cultured knock of 45 which included 8 fours and 1 six until he was caught by Rob John.
Llangennech continued to loose wickets and finished up with 99 all out. Although we got Llangennech all out our bowlers conceded 23 runs in wides. Rob John 4 overs 4 wickets for 7 runs, Gareth John 2 overs 2 wickets for 2 runs, Andy Jones 8 overs 1 wicket for 28 runs, Lee Tucker 8 overs 2 wickets for 41 runs and young Cameron Tucker got the last man out with 1 ball 1 wicket

The total was reached with powerful knocks from Tim Rees 46no which included 5 fours and 3 sixes and Rob John 41no which included 9 fours. That's 4 wickets, 41no and a catch in the field well done Rob. Only A Warner had any success with the ball taking both wickets for 28 runs in 7 overs.
