Ynystawe batted first and scored 218 in 40 overs with the biggest contribution coming their opening bat, who although dropped twice in single figures, batted superbly to reach a total 114 runs.

Dunvant started badly with opener Michael Arnold clean bowled in the first over. It then went bad to worse with wickets falling regularly. It was the final 2 wickets that brought some entertainment where Cameron Tucker, Ralph Richards and Jonny Welch got Dunvant into 3 figures and to a respectable 150 all out. With the extra bonus of 2 fours from Jonny Welch one being a reverse sweep!!! (catch the video for more)

It was disappointing to lose the winning run, however with already being crown league champions the lads can enjoy their spare weekend next week with a pub crawl around Gower and also their last match against Cimla on the 31st.
