The Dunvant squad were missing a few familiar faces due to family, work and holiday commitments but they were still able to field a very strong team or two when you include replacements. The game started with the score going to 26-0 in the first quarter hour before Old Richians responded with their first converted try for 26-7. Old Richians then knocked on with the line at their mercy and thus their resistance fell away , may be as a result of the late night early morning they had spent in Wind Street 12 hours earlier!! Dunvant gave a game to all Vets who turned up with their kit and ran away with the game but it was played with a good spirit and Old Richians battled to give account of themselves, for a final score of 75-7. After the game both sides and supporters mixed well and enjoyed a good night with some quality singing from our visitors , a return visit to Gloucester is already in the planning stages for next Season.
