The AGM is open to all bonafide club members, and we encourage as many members as possible to come along.
The AGM is an important evening in the club calendar. We'll be looking back on the past 12 months, electing club officers and committee members, and discussing the year ahead. It's an opportunity for members to get involved and help shape the future of Dunvant RFC.

Please note only bonafide members are eligible to vote on elections and any motions raised at the meeting.
If you would like to stand for election to the committee, please contact the Club Secretary by email at info@dunvantrfc.uk.
As per the club constitution any nominations for election must be proposed and seconded by Bonafide Members and must be received no later than one week before the date of the AGM. Any resolutions for consideration at the AGM must be submitted via the same email address no later than two weeks before the meeting.
