Forwards Coach Gareth Williams has decided to hang up fis boots to concentrate on his successful MiTour Events business. Gareth playded for Dunvant for several years before going to Whitland RFC for a successful playing career there. Gareth returned to Dunvant 5 years ago and for the last 4 years has been forwards coach as part of our coaching team with Jay Parry and Craig 'Ripper' Hawkins. We wish Gareth and his family every success in the future, there will always be a big welcome for them at Dunvant R.F.C.

We are delighted to announce that 1st XV Captain, Club Captain and Full Back mitchell Ford has been appointed as 1st XV Player Coach for the 2017-18 season alongside Jay and Ripper.
Mitch, a fireman by trade, has red and green blood throughout and has plaved at Dunvant since the age of 6. Mitch has recently completed his Level 1 Coaching badge and is now doing his level 2. Dunvant RFC are confident that Mitch will bring a lot of new ideas with him, is well respected by the whole senior squad and we wish him well. Mitch's wife Beth is also our 1st XV physio and very much a member of the Gallagher dynasty, also serving Dunvant RFC for several years.
