On a bright and heartwarming day at Dunvant Rugby Club, the community came together for the Ducking Mental 2025 duck racing event, raising an incredible £2,906.15 in loving memory of Sonny Jaye Lewis, who tragically passed away at just 2 years old last year.

Sonny’s mum Molly, dad Bobby (a proud member of the Dunvant RFC senior team), and sister Hallie were joined by family, friends, and a sea of cheerful supporters for a fun-filled day of duck races, laughter, and remembrance.

This meaningful event wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing generosity of those who bought ducks, sponsored races, or gave their time to volunteer. Your support ensures that events like these – which uplift local causes and honour cherished memories – continue to thrive.
