Dunvant as normal lost the toss and were put into bat. Clydach's opening bowlers maintained good line and length with some movement. This opening spell despatched a few Dunvant batsmen who found themselves 55-3. A slight recovery as Michael Arnold and Ryan Howells moved the score on to 70. However Ryan played and missed which brought in Rob John. Michael and Simon John didn’t support for long. Although it was Lee Tucker that built a partnership with Rob who push the accelerator. Although Lee was out for 33 he did a good job of supporting Rob who again made light work of the bowling powering on to 106. Leaving the away side chasing 229.
Some tight bowling from Dunvant put pressure on Clydach's batsmen from the start. It was Ryan Howell's in swing that did the damage with 2 early wickets. Also chipping in where Jonathan Arnold with 3, Cameron Warren with 2 and Gareth John with 1. Dunvant limited Clydach to 102, but couldn't bowl the visitors out for maximum therefore taking the win and 19 points
