The Junior European Touch Championship was held in Nottingham on 22nd & 23rd August featuring International teams from Wales, Ireland, Scotland, England, France, Middle East and a Mixed European team.
Wales Boys won the tournament winning their group with 5 wins and a solitary loss to England 5-2 in the group stage. Wales defeated Scotland 11-3 in the semi final and gained sweet revenge over England 5-2 in the Grand Final.
Congratulations from all at Dunvant RFC go to Dan. The Messer family must be very proud as Dan’s sister Carys was also selected for the Mixed 18 team.
