FIREWORKS IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Tonight's the night! We're all set for a fantastic evening of fireworks at Dunvant RFC!
Before joining us, please take a few moments to familiarise yourself with the important information below to help ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for everyone.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

5:30pm - Car park opens
6:00pm - Gates open
6:30pm - Car park closes (no further vehicle entry after this time)
7:00pm - Live pre-show performance from Helix and the Hounds
7:15pm - Fireworks show begins! Two stunning 20-minute displays with an interval in between.
Interval entertainment - Live performance from Helix and the Hounds
8:30pm - Approximate finish time
Please note cars will not be allowed to leave the ground until approximately 20 minutes after the display ends. This is to ensure the safety of pedestrians leaving the event.

ADVANCE TICKETS ONLY
This is a ticket only event, and tickets must be purchased in advance. Due to council restrictions, tickets will NOT be available to purchase at the gate. Anyone without a valid pre-purchased ticket will be refused entry.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKET BEFORE ARRIVING
Mobile phone signal can be poor at the club, so please download your tickets to your phone before you arrive, as you may struggle to access them at the gate.
Please have your QR code ready on your phone to be scanned when you reach the entrance. This will help us keep queues to a minimum and get everyone into the ground as quickly and smoothly as possible.

SIA security will be conducting bag searches at the entrance, and any prohibited items will be confiscated.

? PARKING IS LIMITED
Parking spaces at the club are limited and must be bought in advance with a separate parking ticket, in addition to your event ticket.
If you're local, we'd really appreciate you walking to the event where possible to help ease traffic around the club.

? PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS
Please be considerate when driving and walking to and from the club, and park responsibly. Do not block driveways or access routes, and ensure emergency vehicles can access the area at all times.
Marshalls will be stationed at the top of Broadacre and on Broadmead, and in the car park areas. Please follow their instructions and treat them with respect.

? KEEP CLEAR OF RESTRICTED AREAS
Safety barriers and cordoned-off areas will be in place around the grounds. For your own safety, please stay within the designated public areas and do not cross any barriers.

? ONE-WAY SYSTEM IN THE CLUBHOUSE
To help reduce congestion and keep queues moving, a one-way system will be in place inside the clubhouse. Please follow the signage and directions provided.

? PLASTIC ONLY
For safety reasons, all drinks will be served in plastic glasses, including drinks normally supplied in glass bottles.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR VOLUNTEERS!
Events like this simply wouldn't happen without the fantastic team of volunteers who give up their time to set up, run the event and clear up afterwards.
Please bear with them during busy periods, follow their guidance and help us make the evening enjoyable for everyone.

It’s back! Join us at Broadacre on Friday 6th November for another huge night of fireworks, food, music and family fun
We’ve got Swansea’s largest independent fireworks display, plus live half time music from the fantastic Helix and the Hounds, BBQ, sweets, can bar and plenty more!
