Trebanos are on a roll with 3 consecutive promotions. In 2010-11 as Champions of 5 South West they were promoted to 4 South West for 2011-12,finishing 3rd for promotion to 3 South West. In 2012-13, they finished as runners up, 1 point behind automatic promotion winners Mumbles, and won the play off match 28-24 against Pontyclun to gain a 3rd successive promotion.

Dunvant of course enter the new season with a new coaching team of Gareth “Skills” Williams as forwards coach and Jay Parry as Backs Coach.
