We make no apology for showing this picture and would like to remind everyone that dogs are not allowed on any grassed area at Dunvant RFC. An incident occurred recently in a match between Burry Port and Carmarthen Quins under 9’s which resulted in Jonah Stanton-Jenkins from The Quins being admitted to hospital with a serious eye infection after coming into contact with dog’s mess. Thankfully Jonah was able to return home after a few nights in hospital which obviously caused great concern to his family.

Anyone with a dog on the playing areas will be asked to leave so please do not be offended as we continue to look after the welfare of all players at Dunvant RFC ranging from 4 years old upwards. This does not apply to guide dogs.
