A close encounter that we should have won.
Cracking game but the result went against us.
Starting the game well we took the lead with a converted try from Zac Devey, converted by Joe Woodward 7 - 0. On the twenty minute mark Bryncoch came back at us with a converted try from their Scrum Half 7 - 7. Some slip up's in defence sought us off guard out wide with Bryncoch taking the lead with an un-converted try out wide 7 - 12.
Just before the half time saw Jack Phillips bust over for his second of the season that went un-converted 12 - 12 at the break.
Rolling some substitutions at the break saw replacement hooker Kyle Fitzgerald get behind a driving pack to get his first score of the season to give dunvant the lead 17 - 12.
It was stalemate for the remainder of the second half with Bryncoch taking advantage of a Dunvant mistaks in the last few minutes of the second half to score a converted try under the posts 17 - 19.
Good game played in a good spirit with positives for both sides. Lets learn from our mistakes as we move into the league at home to South Gower next Saturday.
